“ In 2001 it became painfully clear that my Norwegian Fjord Horse mare (now 18 years old) couldn't bare iron shoes any longer than 3 times a year. With my ambition in endurance riding and her extremely bad quality, slow growing hooves, I had to think of something.

Easy Boots where not well known in the Netherlands by then but due to some enthusiastic stories of people I ordered two pairs and started trying them. It was great! At first we struggled a bit but after a while we did hunting through extremely deep mud where horses with irons lost their shoes and my pony kept her EB's on.

We did many endurance rides (up to 80 km) and many, many trainings kilometers. She walks great on the EB's and doesn't seem to mind them being on her hooves. During summer time, six months, I use irons and during winter time I use EB's. My farrier who was not very fond of the idea of hoofshoes instead of irons is now extremely fond of it and even advises people to buy them.

In July 2005 I rode a 80 km night ride which was so stony we had to use the EB's over the irons shoes, whit out the EB's we wouldn't have managed to finish this really tough ride. Thank you so much for giving us this riding pleasure! With out EasyCare my pony was not able to walk some many kilometers and give us so much pleasure."
