Easyboot Edge Named

Tucson, AZ – November 21, 2007 This fall, EasyCare, Inc. held a contest to select a name for a new Easyboot that has been in development for several months. Nearly 1,600 names were submitted. Pete Ramey submitted the name “Easyboot Edge” and will receive a year supply of the new hoof boot when it is released.

“The Easyboot Edge will be known for it’s superior performance and ease of use. The new rear gaiter and front fastening system allow for easy application and at the same time improved performance,” said EasyCare president Garrett Ford. Garrett continues, “It’s easy to increase the performance of a hoof boot but the ease of use usually suffers as a result. EasyCare is excited to introduce the Easyboot Edge and increase both the performance and application standards in the hoof boot industry”.

The new boot encompasses many of the positive traits of existing hoof boots while eliminating several things that users often complain about. The new boot will have the following attributes:

• Easy to apply and remove
• Be form fitting and low profile
• Stay on in all conditions
• Less likely to cause rubbing
• Less hardware or parts to break
• Offer great traction
• Will have a long lasting tread

The Easyboot Edge will continue to undergo a rigorous testing process before being released to the general public in 2008.   Upgrade programs are currently being evaluated that will allow both dealers and consumers to upgrade older EasyCare designs to the new Easyboot Edge.
