EasyCare Issues New Mission, Vision and Values Statement

Tucson, Arizona June 29, 2007. EasyCare has issued a new Mission Statement:

EasyCare Mission, Vision, and Values
Our mission is to provide the equestrian community with the best and most innovative hoof boot designs and alternative hoof care products.  Our goal is to be the leader in alternative hoof care products and to provide a high level of consumer education which will empower equestrians to improve the lives of their animals.  Our vision and values guide our actions and, taken together with our actions, reveal who we are.  They include:

Customers.  Customers are the lifeblood of our business.  Our highest priority is quality customer service and ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Authenticity.  We are committed to being authentic in all that we do. We strive to be open and honest with others and to “keep it real” when it comes to our products and our communications. Being authentic builds trust. It demands integrity.

Courage.  It takes courage to be innovative in alternative hoof care, and in our lives. We encourage those who are driven to attempt new things and move in new directions.

Empathy.  We care deeply about those who may use our products. Our primary goal is to help equestrians improve the lives of their animals. We must be attentive, patient, supportive and caring in our relationships with them.
