THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING MY HORSE A NEW LEASE OF LIFE!

I have a 16 year old Irish Sports Horse who I have owned for ten years. He has pigeon toes and I stopped show jumping him when he reached ten years old. He is a very intelligent and busy horse who hated being retired. We tried to work him two or three days a week, but he was always lame. He used to put his ears flat back and twist his head and neck in pain after only a couple of minutes being ridden - even on our sand arena. So for the last year we have removed his shoes on the advice of the farrier and he has done no work. He struggled to walk to the field on his bare feet and it would be cruel to even think of riding him out.

My Boa boots arrived yesterday and with a spectator show of seven people (who know the horse well) he made his entrance to the arena with his new "trainers" on as people called them. Within five minutes (and after a few spectacular "look at me" bucks) he was showing off his wonderful extended trot with cadence and flair that I have never seen before! (In fact I have never seen him do an extended trot before at all) He had his ears pricked and felt amazing and light in my hand. Such a total change from the stumbling, short striding horse I last rode a year ago.

Thank you so much - these boots made a very happy horse owner cry in front of seven friends!!

The picture shows Connor and I in our pre-pain life (approx 6 years ago) doing what he enjoyed best - jumping cross country. I can now hope this is a plan for his future again!
