They are absolutely wonderful!! Rougie and I can now train barefoot, over any terrain, at any pace, without qualms . Boa's are just so easy to slip on and off and they stay on through muddy bogs, knee high water, up and down mountain sides, at a trot and at a canter. And now, my friends once again want to ride with us -- we can keep up and don't have to worry about Rougie's feet. I use the Boa's with the gaiters and in 70+ miles we have had no rubbing or chafing. And, although we have gone over numerous graveled logging roads, asphalt roads and scrambled over large rocks, the boots barely look used.
