Ride Name: Ride around the Rock/Cobb & Co Championship

Duncan McLaughin riding Ginge and Rachel Reid riding Franshar Park K Shar finished in a tie for first place on The Rock 160 km (100 miler) on May 12, 2007. Their winning time was 10 hours and 33 minutes. Duncan's horse Ginge also received the Fittest Horse Award! Shar used two Easyboot Epics and two Easyboot Bares for the entire distance. Ginge used four boots for 125 of the 160 km and then two boots (fronts) for the remainder of the ride.

"I didn't have to get off the horse for anything boot related. Which was great, as I didn't carry spares (why tempt fate!)"
