The EasyCare 2011 $10,000 Hoof Boot Contest

The fifth annual contest is now expanded to include a competitive trail division

Turn race days into pay days. $10,000 in cash and product prizes will be awarded to 20 winners in 2011!

The changes to the hoof and leg protection rules for competitive trail competitions now mean that horse hoof boots can be used in CTR events.

How It Works:
EasyCare will award $10,000 in cash and product to the riders who complete the most miles using two or four EasyCare hoof boots - with or without steel shoes - during the 2011 ride season.

Competitive Trail Division
EasyCare will award $5,000 in cash and product to the riders who complete the most competitive trail miles during the 2011 ride season. In addition to events sanctioned by NATRC and ECTRA, all competitive trail events in North America are eligible for the 2011 EasyCare Hoof Boot Contest.

Endurance & Limited Distance Division
EasyCare will award $5,000 in cash and product to the riders who complete the most American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC) or Australian Endurance Rider Association (AERA) miles during the 2011 AERC ride season.

2. Attend events and get your mileage verification forms signed at each ride and send them to EasyCare within 30 days of the event.
3. We’ll tabulate the miles for each division on a monthly basis.
4. Prizes will be divided equally in cash and product prizes at the end of the 2011 ride season to the top ten riders in each division.

The $10,000 Hoof Boot Contest is our way of putting our money where our mouth is. Each year we offer $10,000 in cash and product prizes to riders who use our boots to compete in sanctioned competitive trail, endurance and limited distance events

The Hoof Boot Contest is one of the toughest challenges to our hoof boots. If Easyboots can stand up the abuse of high mileage events over rough terrain and in all kinds of weather, Easyboots can handle anything.

2011 marks the fifth year for the EasyCare $10,000 hoof boot contest, and it is shaping up to be the biggest year yet. Each of the past years the total number of miles has increased dramatically, with more than 41,000 total miles logged in the contest in 2010.

Note: the incremental mileage payout component of the Hoof Boot Contest has been discontinued. The EasyCare Gives Back to AERC program has been replaced with EasyCare’s participation as a 2011 Platinum level sponsor of AERC.
