90-Day Warranty

EasyCare Inc. offers a repair or replacement warranty on quality and workmanship for all products manufactured under the EasyCare label within 90 days of purchase. Products must be returned to EasyCare with a copy of the customer’s dated receipt and a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Products will not be accepted without a dated proof of purchase and a completed RMA form. The RMA can be obtained from www.easycareinc.com or by calling an EasyCare Product Specialist at 800.447.8836.


EasyCare staff is always willing to discuss any specific issues you may have regarding the performance of your EasyCare products. If a boot fails during warranty, it is generally a minor hardware issue. Please bear in mind that most components of EasyCare hoof boots are either replaceable or repairable. This includes wire lace, cables, buckles, rollers, screws, straps and gaiters. Most repair can be easily accomplished with simple household tools. Products returned for evaluation must be clean and dry. Failure to return clean and dry products will result in a cleaning fee. Products that can be repaired will be repaired and returned to the customer promptly. Products that cannot be repaired will be replaced. You are responsible for shipping costs to EasyCare. EasyCare will pay for shipping back to you if product is covered under warranty. If product is not covered under warranty then we will contact you for return shipping payment. If we have not heard back from you within two weeks after contact then we will dispose of returned products.


A product can only be returned once under the 90-day warranty.


Warranty is void for boots that have been modified, boots used over steel, aluminum or composite horseshoes, for damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, or other unusual abuse.


Bargain Bin, factory seconds, and products purchased used are not covered under any EasyCare warranty.
