We back all of our products with the EasyCare Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, EasyCare will gladly credit back the purchase price (excluding a restocking fee) within 45 days of purchase.
If you have purchased an EasyCare product through one of our partners, please return the product to the place of purchase for the same Guarantee service. We do not provide a refund or credit for items purchased from an EasyCare dealer.
You will receive a full credit minus our $12.50 restocking fee (which includes shipping and handling).
This Guarantee does not cover:
- Adhesives and packing materials
- Bargain Bin, factory seconds, or products that were purchased as used
- Boots altered by heat fitting, used over steel, aluminum or composite horseshoes
- Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, or other unusual abuse
- Glue-On boots, shoes, products or accessories that are not in their original, unopened packaging. EasyCare, at its sole discretion, may void the Guarantee if glue-on products appear to have been removed from packaging.
To Return Items
- Complete and submit the online Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Consumers will complete the Consumer RMA Form and authorized EasyCare Dealers will complete the Dealer RMA Form.

- Look for an email to arrive in your inbox within 48 business hours. It will contain a copy of your completed RMA, a prepaid UPS shipping label (for returns within the United States), and additional instructions on how to ship your return. We encourage the use of the return shipping label that we provide. If you choose not to use it and to pay for your own label instead, the $12.50 restocking fee will still be applied to your return.
- Pack your clean and dried product in the original package if possible, and include the RMA form.
- Affix your shipping label to the package.
Please allow 10 days after your item is received for EasyCare to process your return.
